RETURNS INFORMATION
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS PERIOD?
Joco Collective Apparel Company offers 30 days to return your apparel from the date you receive them!
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS?
Initiate a return and/or refund by emailing orders@jococollective.com. Please return items in new condition within 30 days of original shipment along with a copy of the order confirmation email received at time of purchase, as well as a photocopy of the packaging slip that arrived in your package. Not including a copy of the order confirmation email may delay your refund.
Send the items back to our returns address using a courier of your choice via a tracked service. Shipping and handling fees of the original purchase are not eligible for refunds. The customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used of purchase. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost associated with reshipping, after the return has been received and processed.

Ensure all goods are returned as new, unworn and in the original packaging.
Please remember to ask for a proof of postage receipt!
WHAT IS OUR RETURNS PROCESS?
Once your return arrives, we'll begin to process it as soon as possible! Please allow up to 3 working days for us to process your return.
We will issue a refund and the funds will return to your account. You will also get a refund confirmation email. Please allow up to 3 working days for your refunded amount to reach your account.

OTHER RETURNS INFORMATION
- All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We do not offer free returns.
- We do not accept exchanges, and you'll now need to place a new order if your chosen size doesn't quite fit right.
- Anything returned outside of the 30 day policy will not be eligible for a refund.
- Items that are returned and are no longer in their original condition are not eligible for a refund.
- Discounted items where you applied a code at checkout are eligible for the full 30 day returns policy as normal.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take 3 days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
